Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Book Publisher Portal (“the Platform”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. The Platform is a product of Publisher LMS and is intended for educational use by schools, teachers, parents, and students.

2. User Accounts

• Accounts are created by administrators (Super Admin or School Admin)
• Users are responsible for maintaining the security of their login credentials
• Each user must use only their assigned account and not share credentials
• The administrator may deactivate accounts at any time

3. Licensing & Subscription

Schools access the platform through a subscription license. Upon license expiry, access will be restricted until renewal. The Super Admin controls license duration and status for each school.

4. Content Ownership

All content uploaded to the platform (textbooks, videos, audio, question banks) remains the intellectual property of Publisher LMS or the respective content creators. Users may not download, redistribute, or commercially use the content outside of the platform.

5. Acceptable Use

Users agree not to:

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' data
• Upload malicious files or content
• Use the platform for any non-educational purpose
• Reverse-engineer or attempt to extract the source code

6. Limitation of Liability

Publisher LMS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the platform. We provide the platform “as is” and make no warranties regarding uninterrupted service.
