Refund Policy

1. Subscription Refunds
School subscriptions to Book Publisher Portal are billed annually. Refund requests are evaluated on a case-by-case basis:
- Within 7 days: Full refund available if no significant usage has occurred
- Within 30 days: Pro-rated refund may be issued at our discretion
- After 30 days: No refunds are available for the current subscription period
2. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please contact our support team with:
- Your school name and registered email
- Reason for the refund request
- Subscription start date

3. Processing Time
Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days and credited back to the original payment method.
4. Non-Refundable Items
- Custom development or integration work
- Server hosting fees (billed separately via third-party providers)
- Subscriptions that have been fully utilized
