Refund Policy

1. Subscription Refunds

School subscriptions to Book Publisher Portal are billed annually. Refund requests are evaluated on a case-by-case basis:

  • Within 7 days: Full refund available if no significant usage has occurred
  • Within 30 days: Pro-rated refund may be issued at our discretion
  • After 30 days: No refunds are available for the current subscription period

2. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact our support team with:

  • Your school name and registered email
  • Reason for the refund request
  • Subscription start date

3. Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days and credited back to the original payment method.

4. Non-Refundable Items

  • Custom development or integration work
  • Server hosting fees (billed separately via third-party providers)
  • Subscriptions that have been fully utilized
